- 1 package of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- Zest of 2 limes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
- Top with a final layer of graham cracker crumbs.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
