Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • Zest of 2 limes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of the cream cheese layer.
  8. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  9. Top with a final layer of graham cracker crumbs.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
