Description
A colorful Jello Fruit Salad with layers of fresh fruit, jello, and Cool Whip that brings a burst of flavor to any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
- 30 oz mandarin oranges, canned, drained
- 30 oz peaches, canned, drained and chopped
- 3.4 oz red jello
- 3.4 oz orange jello
- 8 oz Cool Whip, defrosted
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
- Prepare the jello according to package instructions with 3/4 cup hot water and 3/4 cup cold water, stir until dissolved, and let set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- While jello sets, defrost the Cool Whip in the fridge.
- Slice strawberries and grate mozzarella cheese.
- Drain canned fruits and chop them into smaller pieces.
- Once jello is firm, cut it into 1/2-inch cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine jello cubes, strawberries, mandarin oranges, peaches, mozzarella, and Cool Whip until well mixed.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

For a make-ahead option, prepare components separately and combine before serving for optimal texture.
