Description

A colorful Jello Fruit Salad with layers of fresh fruit, jello, and Cool Whip that brings a burst of flavor to any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced
  • 30 oz mandarin oranges, canned, drained
  • 30 oz peaches, canned, drained and chopped
  • 3.4 oz red jello
  • 3.4 oz orange jello
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, defrosted
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jello according to package instructions with 3/4 cup hot water and 3/4 cup cold water, stir until dissolved, and let set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  2. While jello sets, defrost the Cool Whip in the fridge.
  3. Slice strawberries and grate mozzarella cheese.
  4. Drain canned fruits and chop them into smaller pieces.
  5. Once jello is firm, cut it into 1/2-inch cubes.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine jello cubes, strawberries, mandarin oranges, peaches, mozzarella, and Cool Whip until well mixed.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
