- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cream cheese, jalapeños, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Dip each ball into the beaten egg, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
