Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, onion, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Italian sausage to the bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
