- 4 slices of salami
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the sub roll in half lengthwise.
- Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
- Add the roasted red peppers and arugula on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the fillings.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the sandwich and press down gently.
- Slice into portions and serve immediately.
