- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs.
- Coat the chicken with a mixture of Romano cheese and breadcrumbs.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
