- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 lb pepperoni slices
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Add a layer of cooked sausage, followed by pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
