Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 lb pepperoni slices
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Add a layer of cooked sausage, followed by pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  8. Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
