Description
Hot Honey Pickled Cauliflower is a tangy and sweet side dish that adds a burst of flavor to any meal.

			- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it comes to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the saucepan and stir to coat them in the pickling liquid.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Transfer the cauliflower and pickling liquid to a jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- This pickled cauliflower can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Serve as a side dish or as a topping for sandwiches and salads.
