Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it comes to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the saucepan and stir to coat them in the pickling liquid.
  4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  5. Transfer the cauliflower and pickling liquid to a jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
