Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine honey, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

- Remove from heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
