- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over the top.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
