Instructions
- Combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl until well-combined.
- Pour in the warm water, stirring gently with a wooden spoon until a shaggy, sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let the dough rest at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) about 30 minutes before baking, placing your Dutch oven inside to heat up.
- Dust a clean surface with flour and gently turn the rested dough onto it, folding the edges over to form a rough ball.
- Lift the dough using parchment paper and place it into the preheated Dutch oven carefully.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
