Description
A refreshing and fruity iced tea perfect for summer days, made with ripe mangoes and brewed tea.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups water
- 4 tea bags (black or green tea)
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the tea bags and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, puree the diced mangoes until smooth.
- Strain the mango puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp, if desired.
- Combine the cooled tea and mango juice in a pitcher.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger mango flavor, use more mangoes.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
- This iced tea can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
