- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
- 1/4 cup water (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until smooth, then mix in the pumpkin puree and peanut butter if using.
- Gradually add the whole wheat flour and oats, mixing until combined.
- Add water as necessary to form a soft, non-sticky dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before serving.
