- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup apple, diced
- 1/4 cup carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the blueberries, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, and banana in a blender until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with diced apple, grated carrot, and oatmeal. If using, add honey and stir gently.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
- Freeze for at least four hours or until solidified.
- Once frozen, gently pop out of the molds and serve immediately.
Notes
Store gummies in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. Avoid over-mixing to maintain texture.
