- 4 medium potatoes
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a baking dish, place the potato wedges and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Place the feta cheese block in the center of the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
