Instructions

  1. Begin by placing your softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer, beat until the cream cheese achieves a smooth, fluffy consistency, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually sprinkle in the powdered sugar, continuing to mix until the sugar fully incorporates.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
  5. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
  6. Add in your chopped fresh fruit, carefully folding it.
  7. If using, fold in the chopped nuts gently.
