Instructions
- Begin by placing your softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Using a hand mixer, beat until the cream cheese achieves a smooth, fluffy consistency, about 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually sprinkle in the powdered sugar, continuing to mix until the sugar fully incorporates.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
- Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
- Add in your chopped fresh fruit, carefully folding it.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts gently.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
