Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and they are slightly softened.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the arugula with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Arrange the grilled peaches on top of the arugula.
  6. Place the burrata cheese in the center of the salad.
  7. Drizzle more balsamic glaze over the top and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
