A refreshing and delicious salad featuring grilled peaches and creamy burrata cheese, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and they are slightly softened.
- In a large bowl, toss the arugula with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Arrange the grilled peaches on top of the arugula.
- Place the burrata cheese in the center of the salad.
- Drizzle more balsamic glaze over the top and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some toasted nuts on top.
- Make sure the peaches are ripe for the best taste.
