Delicious grilled lobster tails brushed with a flavorful herb garlic butter, perfect for a special occasion or a summer barbecue.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with the herb garlic butter mixture.
  5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip the lobster tails and brush with more herb garlic butter, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve with extra herb garlic butter on the side.

  • Make sure not to overcook the lobster to avoid a rubbery texture.
  • Feel free to add other herbs like thyme or basil for additional flavor.
