- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, mix the spicy jam, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Brush additional spicy jam glaze on the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
