Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the garlic sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, add the broccoli to the grill to cook until tender.
- Slice the grilled chicken and serve it over the broccoli, drizzling any remaining garlic sauce on top.
