Instructions

  4. Remove from heat and dip each apple into the caramel, coating evenly.
  5. Allow excess caramel to drip off and place the apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Once the caramel has set, melt the candy coating and dip the apples again for a colorful finish.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts or sprinkles if desired, and let cool completely.
