Gooey Pizza Lasagna Casserole that Everyone Will Love!

A delicious and cheesy casserole that combines the flavors of pizza and lasagna, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  4. Add pepperoni, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet; stir to combine.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of the meat sauce mixture on the bottom.
  6. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and a layer of the meat sauce.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, remaining meat sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with vegetables or plant-based meat.
