Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger to create the glaze.
  3. Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush generously with the glaze.
  4. Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  5. Remove the foil and brush with more glaze, then broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
