- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/2 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger to create the glaze.
- Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush generously with the glaze.
- Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Remove the foil and brush with more glaze, then broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the glaze overnight.
- Adjust the amount of gochujang based on your spice preference.
- Serve with steamed rice or pickled vegetables for a complete meal.
