- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, ginger, and half of the scallions.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining scallions and sesame oil, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add garlic to the marinade.
