- 1 package of pizza dough
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup garlic butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small squares, about 3 inches each.
- Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the cheese to form a ball.
- Brush the garlic butter over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the garlic butter.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
