Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them on the baking sheet with the potatoes.
