Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines the flavors of garlic, parmesan, and cheeseburgers in a fun, bite-sized form.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some cooked bacon bits to the beef mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
