Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines the flavors of garlic, parmesan, and cheeseburgers in a fun, bite-sized form.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some cooked bacon bits to the beef mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
