Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the Italian sausage to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
