- 6 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken.
- Add chicken broth into the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and set to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Serve ladled over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
You can substitute unsalted butter with olive oil or ghee. For quicker preparation, use an air fryer or bake in the oven.
