Description

Slow-cooked garlic butter chicken that melts in your mouth with robust flavors, perfect for busy families or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add chicken broth into the crockpot.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  7. Serve ladled over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

You can substitute unsalted butter with olive oil or ghee. For quicker preparation, use an air fryer or bake in the oven.
