Description

  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves or fresh fruit
  • Optional: additional Fruity Pebbles for coating

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, taking care not to let it bubble too much.
  2. Incorporate the mini marshmallows into the saucepan, stirring continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Blend in the Fruity Pebbles, mixing carefully to coat them well with the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Shape the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and press it into an even rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Add a layer of cream cheese over the surface, then spoon your fruit preserves or layer on fresh fruit.
  6. Roll the mixture tightly using the parchment paper to guide you.
  7. Coat with more Fruity Pebbles if desired.
  8. Slice into sushi roll pieces using a sharp knife.
