- 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, taking care not to let it bubble too much.
- Incorporate the mini marshmallows into the saucepan, stirring continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Blend in the Fruity Pebbles, mixing carefully to coat them well with the marshmallow mixture.
- Shape the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and press it into an even rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Add a layer of cream cheese over the surface, then spoon your fruit preserves or layer on fresh fruit.
- Roll the mixture tightly using the parchment paper to guide you.
- Coat with more Fruity Pebbles if desired.
- Slice into sushi roll pieces using a sharp knife.
