A delightful dessert combining creamy panna cotta with fruity jelly, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 cups mixed fruit juice (like orange, pineapple, or berry)
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder (for jelly)
- 1/4 cup cold water (for jelly)
- Fresh fruits for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- For the jelly, heat the mixed fruit juice in a saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over cold water to bloom.
- Once the gelatin is bloomed, add it to the warm fruit juice and stir until dissolved.
- Let the jelly cool slightly, then pour it over the set panna cotta in the cups.
- Refrigerate again until the jelly is set, about 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh fruits before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the panna cotta is fully set before adding the jelly layer.
- You can use any fruit juice of your choice for the jelly.
- For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and use agar-agar instead of gelatin.
