Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spread the dough into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the center springs back when lightly pressed.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Frost the cooled bars and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
- Cut into squares and serve.
