Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir well to combine with the onion and bacon drippings.
- Cook the corn for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is tender and slightly caramelized.
- Stir in the butter, salt, pepper, and paprika, and mix well.
- Finally, add the crispy bacon back into the skillet and stir to combine. Serve warm.
