- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Heat until warm.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the roast beef and provolone cheese on each.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the warm beef broth mixture over the rolled tortillas.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are slightly crispy.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve with the remaining broth for dipping.
