- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili paste; bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- In the last few minutes, add mushrooms and bok choy.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less chili paste.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or carrots.
