Ingredients

  • 200g udon noodles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add the cooked udon noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Push the noodles to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the noodles and mix well.
  6. Chop the crispy bacon and add it to the skillet along with the green onions. Stir to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
