Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, and egg until just combined.
- Fold in the crumbled sausage and cheese, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
