- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add the cooked sausage, cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
