Ingredients

- 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Sprinkle cheese and optional meat on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the rolls for a golden finish.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and herbs on top if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
