Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini slice in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the zucchini with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
