Description

A delightful collection of Easter desserts featuring charming bunny pops and colorful egg designs that evoke nostalgia and joy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup colored candy melts
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup fruit or gummy candies (for decoration)
  • 1 package lollipop sticks (for bunny treats)
  • Edible markers (for decorating Easter eggs)

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting the white chocolate chips in a double boiler until smooth. Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and then slide a lollipop stick into the base. Allow them to set on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once cooled, use edible markers to draw cute rabbit faces.
  2. Melt the colored candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler. Carefully pour the melted mixture into egg-shaped silicone molds, filling each to the brim. Allow the candies to cool fully before removing them from the molds. Get creative with your edible markers and decorate them as you wish.
  3. Combine the crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows in a large bowl; mix until everything is well-coated. Shape this mixture into small balls and decorate each one with pieces of fruit or gummy candies.
  4. For an exciting twist, whip up sweet soups like chilled strawberry or creamy chocolate and pour them into shot glasses, garnishing with whipped cream or sliced fruits.

Notes
