Ingredients

- 1/2 package (3 ounce) strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 package (3 ounce) grape gelatin
- 1/2 package (3 ounce) lemon gelatin
- 1/2 package (3 ounce) berry blue gelatin
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 1/3 cups cold water
- 16 ounces Cool Whip
- Whipped cream for topping
- Sprinkles for decoration
- Bunny Peeps for garnish
- 5 8-ounce mason jars
Instructions
- Prepare the Gelatin: Pour each flavor of gelatin into separate bowls and add 2/3 cup boiling water to each. Stir until dissolved.
- Mix the Cold Water: Add 1/3 cup cold water to each bowl and stir.
- Chill the Mixtures: Refrigerate each bowl for 20 to 30 minutes until thickened.
- Incorporate the Cool Whip: Once thickened, fold 1 cup of Cool Whip into each bowl.
- Layer in Jars: Using piping bags, layer the gelatin mixtures into the mason jars.
- Chill Again: Cover jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Finishing Touches: Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a Bunny Peep before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead up to a day in advance. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing.
