Description

A nutritious and homemade meal for your furry friend, packed with high-quality proteins and vibrant vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Lean beef or chicken (high-quality proteins)
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Brown rice or quinoa
  • Fresh or frozen carrots and peas
  • Rolled oats or quinoa (grains)

Instructions

  1. Cook the protein source in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked, around 10 minutes for chicken or 15 minutes for beef. Shred or chop into small pieces.
  2. Prepare sweet potatoes and rice according to package instructions. Sweet potatoes take about 20 minutes, while rice takes about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Chop veggies and steam them in a steamer basket over boiling water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked protein, grains, and steamed vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  5. Allow the mix to cool to room temperature before serving.

Notes

You can double the recipe and freeze portions for quick future meals. Always cool before serving to avoid burns.
