  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  6. Remove chicken from the oven and add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce, stirring until thickened.
