- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Remove chicken from the oven and add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce, stirring until thickened.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce poured over it.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before baking.
- Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
