Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, grated cucumber, dill, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the grated cucumber to prevent the patties from being too wet.
