Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, grated carrots, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
