- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced

Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the sausage links on all sides.
- Remove the sausage and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- In the crockpot, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Add the browned sausage pieces on top of the vegetables.
- Pour the diced tomatoes over the sausage and vegetables.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
