  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until well combined.
