Instructions

  1. Layer the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the diced ham on top of the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the potatoes and ham.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
