- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the diced ham on top of the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the potatoes and ham.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
