- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cheese tortellini and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the tortellini is tender.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and Parmesan cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
